Why habits need to compound

Most people think of habits as boxes to check. They track them for two weeks, fall off, and decide they're "not a habits person." The real problem is that they were looking for results too soon. Habits are investments with delayed returns.

Working on your startup for 30 minutes every day feels meaningless on Day 3. On Day 90, it's 45 hours of cumulative focused work — the equivalent of a full work week. On Day 365, it's 182 hours. The math only makes sense if you zoom out far enough.

What's inside the app

Habit tracker — add any habit, check it daily, watch the streak grow. If you're late in the evening with unchecked habits, the app shows a countdown-style warning so you don't accidentally break your streak.

Goal system — set 1–3 big goals and break them into steps. When you complete a goal's last step, the app celebrates it explicitly. Goals and habits are linked — you can see which daily habits support which long-term goals.

Daily todos — a lightweight task list that doesn't try to be a project management system. Add tasks, check them off, ask AI to plan your day.
